Shipping policy
Free Standard Shipping All orders ship free within the United States. No minimum purchase required. We currently do not ship internationally.
Processing Time Orders are dispatched the same day or within 24 hours of payment confirmation from our US warehouses in Los Angeles, Dallas, and New Jersey. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States (Standard): 1–3 business days
- United States (Remote and rural areas): 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier conditions, and weather. During peak seasons such as holidays and major sales events, shipping may take slightly longer than usual. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we will email you proactively with an update.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Multi-Item Orders Some orders may ship in separate packages. Because we stock products across multiple US warehouses (Los Angeles, Dallas, New Jersey), items may dispatch from different locations to reach you faster. When this happens, you will receive a separate tracking email for each package. All packages still arrive within the standard 1–3 business day delivery window.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of checkout. Zorrba is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@zorrba.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@zorrba.com with your order number. We will investigate the status of your shipment with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
